Meet Alexander, co-founder of Alexander Gems & Jewels India and founder of boutique Australian brand @alexandergemsandjewels. Alexander has worked for international jewellery houses Bulgari and Cartier as well as fine jeweller and gallery, Gray Reid Gallery in Melbourne, Australia. He studied Fine Arts specialising in sculpture and has graduated from a two-year intensive gemmology course in 2011 from GAA (Gemmological Association of Australia). AGJ India will be creating pret-a-porter collections as well as customised creations exclusive to the Indian market and international wholesale buyers. Together with co-founder Randhir Singh (founder of @leathersubculture) AGJ India will draw inspiration from historic treasures and create edgy but chic designs using precious metals and natural gemstones.
